MultiZilla started as April fool's joke back in 2001, but is in fact one of the oldest and yet still one of the most active projects on mozdev.org. Our ultimate goal was to get a tab UI into the mozilla tree, and we all know what happens when you enter Ctrl+T in Mozilla. No, we didn't write the patch, David Hyatt did, but the MultiZilla project was where all the fun started!
Having a basic tab UI in Mozilla is fun, but MultiZilla still brings lots of extra features. Some of these feature end up, as rewrites, in the Mozilla tree, so someone must have noticed our work, and that is why we ask you to consider donating to the project.
Note: We don't have a verified PayPal account, and this for good reasons, but trust us; your donation will end on Michael's bank account (who works so hard to keep our project going).
Donating Time
No money? Consider to donate some of your time. Help us to design cool graphics and images for our
projects. Help Raj, our webmaster, in keeping the pages up to date. Try to work on some of the
projects as developer.
A Final Note
Sure, this is just another Open Source project and it is free. You can use it as long as you wish,
even without donating. But does that make you feel good? Just remember this. It takes long hours,
each day, to maintain projects like this. Hey, why wouldn't you consider donating, because that
