The Permission Manager is MultiZilla's unique all in one manager to control: Cookies, Popups and XPInstallations permissions, but also acts as companion for MultiZilla's Content Blocker (the Content Blocker enables you to block: Images, Plugins, Scripts, Frames and Documents).

Enable Multizilla's Content Blocker
This button can be used to globally disable the Content Blocker. This disables the effects for blocking images, plugins, scripts, frames and documents.
Content Blocker Acceptance Policy
This controls the content blocker for frames. If the Disable content blocker for Frames box is unticked, then the content blocker will be enabled and the rest of the options on the settings panel become available.
Block Frames (use of white list is optional)
In this case, all frames are blocked apart from those specificially allowed either by having a regular expression in the whitelist (see below) or having an entry in the main plugin manager panel (see above).
Accept Frames (use of black list is optional)
In this case, all frames are allowed apart from those specificially blocked either by having a regular expression in the blacklist (see below) or having an entry in the main plugin manager panel (see above).
Accept Frames from the originating site only (use of black list is optional)
In this case only frames from the same server that a webpage is stored on will be shown. Other frames can be blocked by having a regular expression in the blacklist (see below) or having an entry in the main plugin manager panel (see above).
Ask me before Accepting Frames (use of permissions is optional)
In this case, each time a webpage request a plugin, you are asked if you wish to accept it or not. Your decision can be stored so that it will not be asked for pages in that domain again. You can always show or block pages based on having a regular expression in the blacklist (see below) or having an entry in the main plugin manager panel (see above).
Blacklist/whitelist

Depending on your setting for the acceptance policy (above) this is either a blacklist of frames, or a whitelist. Each entry in the list is comma-separated and behaves as a Regular expression. So this can be used to block or allow a large group of sites and finer control on a per-site basis can be provided by the main window.
